The Icebreaker Party will take place on September 4th, starting from 18.00, in the cloister of the San Marcellino Monumental Complex (https://goo.gl/maps/JKJCyg9D59iVghqaA ), that for almost a century has been the location of the geological, paleontological and geophysical departments. The complex host today the Political Sciences Department but the geological memory is preserved by the presence of the Paleontological Museum which still is in its historical first location. In a nearby building, there is also the Mineralogical Museum, still in its historical location since 1801.
Oral Sessions will take place in the main hall of the Complex (Donnaregina Nuova). Presenters will be requested to upload their presentations on a cloud. The full Technical Programme will be published on 6 July.
Posters will be mounted on double-face vertical panels. The poster must not exceed the A0 portrait size (height = 120cm; width = 84cm). Materials to fix the poster will be provided.

Posters will be on display all along the entire Meeting in the coffe break hall (Donnaregina Vecchia).

Selection and booking of accommodation in Naples is left to the participants. There are plenty of solutions from simple B&B to luxury hotels all around the historical center. However, you are strongly urged to book an accommodation as soon as possible: Naples in early September is full of visitors and it could be very difficult to find an accommodation.
